Shipping Methods & Rates (U.S. Only)
- Flat Rate Shipping: $8 shipping on orders under $100 (before tax and discounts)
- Free Shipping: Complimentary U.S. shipping on orders of $100 or more (before tax and discounts)
- Orders are typically shipped via UPS or USPS, depending on the size, weight, and destination of the package.
International Shipping
- We currently ship orders within the United States only and do not offer international shipping at this time.
- If you are located outside the U.S. and interested in placing an order, please reach out via email for potential international options or special arrangements.
Order Processing Times
- Orders are typically processed and shipped within 5 business days.
- During holidays, new product launches, or high-volume periods, processing times may be longer. We’ll always do our best to get your order out as quickly as possible, but please allow extra time during these peak periods.
- You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
- Note: Processing time (up to 5 business days) is separate from carrier transit time.
Order Changes & Cancellations
Once an order is placed, we do not offer order changes or cancellations. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.
Damaged, Delayed, or Lost Packages
- Once your package has been handed over to the carrier, they are responsible for ensuring it arrives safely and in a timely manner. Any damaged, delayed, or lost packages must be handled directly with the carrier, as they are responsible once the shipment is in transit.
- Please inspect all items upon receipt. If your package arrives damaged, take photos of the packaging and contents and contact the carrier as soon as possible.
- If you have any questions or concerns about your order, please reach out via email within 7 days of receipt, and we’ll do our best to assist you.
Undeliverable Packages & Address Accuracy
Please ensure that your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or additional charges due to incorrect or incomplete addresses, refused/returned shipments, or delayed pickups. If a package must be re-shipped due to these reasons, the additional shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer.

Original artwork, art prints, and holiday items are final sale and not eligible for return.
Eligible for Return
- Kitchen linens and stationery may be returned if they meet the conditions below.
- Items must be unused, in original condition, and in their original packaging. A return request must be submitted within 14 days of receipt.
Return Process
- To start a return, please send us an email within 14 days of receiving your order. Further instructions will be provided once your return request is received.
- Refunds for approved returns will be issued to the original payment method once the returned item is received and inspected. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or credit card provider. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Exchanges
- We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you would like a different item, please initiate a return (if eligible) and place a new order.
